5. Raspberry Amaretto Sour

- 5ml Framboise
- 25ml Lemon
- 25ml Sugar
- 25ml Egg White
Add all ingredients into our tin. Shake our cocktail without ice for 10 seconds and then add ice and shake again. We call this dry shaking and wet shaking and it gives us that lovely froth which is a staple of any sour. Finally stain the cocktail into your coupe glass or tip in into a short glass. Garnish with a cherry or flower and finish with a drizzle of Framboise.
