Yorkshire True Grit Dark Skies forms part of the North York Moors Dark Skies Festival, and this is the third year that the event will return to Newbugh Priory on Saturday 22nd February.

The event is an off-road cycling sportive - a gravel cycling challenge event. Riders set off as the sun goes down and wind their way through the Howardian Hills to the North York Moors and descend via Ampleforth College to return to Newburgh Priory when the Moon is up. This year 100 riders will take part in the event.
